"Explosive growth does not arrive out of nowhere. It comes at the moment when everything you have simplified finally has nowhere to go but up."Han Sunghee
Simplifier started in 2022, but its roots go back to 2001. My first company never found a way to make money, and I had to watch my colleagues leave. That day, I decided to become someone who makes a business succeed, rather than just someone who builds a good service.
After that, I worked at Naver, Samsung Electronics, Yogiyo (Delivery Hero Korea), and Bithumb, growing from individual contributor to team lead, PM, CPO, and COO. Some people call it a great career. For me, it was the process of building Simplifier. I saw organizations grow from 50 to 1,000 people, at companies ranging from brand-new startups to global enterprises. I learned that every stage of growth brings different problems, and that a real solution only works once the problem is clearly defined.
That is why Simplifier practices Playing Coaching: not giving advice from the side, but doing the work together. Sometimes as a CPO, sometimes as a coach, sometimes as a speaker, I simplify problems directly in the field. Because when you clear away complexity one piece at a time, eventually there is nowhere left to go but toward growth.
Today, I am building services that accelerate startup growth, working late into the night with my team of AI agents.
After we started Playing Coaching, our chaotic product team became remarkably stable. That let me focus on the business as CEO. As product UX improvements made the product easier to use, revenue grew more than 3x in one year.

After adopting Simplifier's Success Matrix, we were able to build a results-driven, hypothesis-testing process into the way we work. Now we can even predict the results of what we execute, and that has helped us grow fast.

A shift in company strategy had left our leaders deeply confused. Through the coach's talk, they came to understand why this confusion happens, and that they should see it as a "change in the terrain" rather than a crisis, and turn it into a chance to lead. It was exactly the talk we needed at that time.

Carvit is a service where AI agents help accelerate startup growth. The founder and a team of AI agents build it and use it themselves.
Share your existing guides, product screens, or URLs. Carvit turns them into a guide your agents can follow, then builds a service with that design already applied.
Agents handle performance analysis, topic ideas, video production, and running 5 channels on their own.
A vault enters API keys for the agents, so the agents never see them.

BTThe founder and seven AI agents split the work: video, infrastructure, product, development, writing, and code review. These are our own team's records as of Oct 14, 2026. Guide lookups and merged PRs cover Oct 1 to Oct 14, and videos cover Aug 28 to Oct 14. They are not customer usage numbers or revenue.
The name Simplifier means making complex problems simple so growth comes sooner. A startup's path to growth is usually tangled up in many causes. When that path becomes simple, growth actually speeds up. Simplifier creates explosive growth by making business goals and the direction of work clear. Unlike typical consulting, we build the path together with the CEO and the people doing the work.
We run two tracks. The Startup Playing Coach track is for early-stage startups in their business transition after product-market fit (PMF). We work on-site 1 to 5 days a week as CPO, PO, or Advisor and do the work alongside the team, improving product metrics and team capability at the same time. Past cases include revenue growing more than 3x and a company moving from losses of several hundred million won to break-even. The Corporate Talk track offers 1- to 3-hour talks and workshops on leadership, time management, and project management for new team leads, newly promoted managers, and employees. Each session is designed to go beyond theory and carry into real practice.
We start with a casual coffee chat to understand where your company is now and where you need coaching. Then we share similar cases Simplifier has worked on and how we actually work. Together we check whether hands-on collaboration is possible in your environment and whether our communication styles fit. Once we both agree, we sign a formal contract.
The talks cover leadership, project management (PM), and UX. Han Sunghee worked at Naver, Samsung Electronics, Yogiyo, and Bithumb, from individual contributor up to executive, and now works as a startup growth coach. So the talks go beyond frameworks and bring in real coaching cases. That is what sets them apart from other speakers. Han Sunghee is also the author of "The Planner's Questions" and "The Languages of UX".
We start with a short meeting or conversation to understand your goals, audience, and preferred topics. Then we share related talk cases and how sessions run. Booking materials such as the speaker profile, talk history, and book information are available right away on request.
Yes. We run in-house training and workshops based on practical PM and PO frameworks. Lectures and workshops built on hands-on content such as "The Planner's Questions" are also available.
Carvit is a service where AI agents help accelerate startup growth. It has three parts. UX (On Air): AI builds screens that follow your team's UX guide. Create (Beta): agents manage the whole video production process. Pass (Beta): a vault enters API keys for agents, so the agents never see them. The founder and a team of AI agents build Carvit and use it themselves.
Shall we work together on the problem that stands between you and explosive growth?
